Bichon frise miniature dogs can be found in rescues or with breeders.
Some think they originate from France as cross between the Barbet Water Spaniel and a Poodle, and they were at one time pets of royalty. They were also used as circus performers and are very smart. They most resemble a little fluffy lamb with wooly white fur.

Although they are small they usually weigh 10-15 pounds with legs short for their proportion. The eyes of this breed are very large and their fur is very curly and soft.
